The Senior Strategic Project Manager will lead complex, long-range programs that shape the future of the company, focusing on high-impact strategic projects to support partners' evolution toward data-driven offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain clear project plans with goals, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure programs align to organizational strategy and intended outcomes
- Translate high-level business direction into structured, actionable work
- Recommend improvements and adjustments to remove barriers and optimize results
- Collaborate with executives, leaders, and steering groups to align goals, decisions, and priorities
- Build relationships by understanding stakeholder needs, perspectives, and challenges
- Create a predictable rhythm of communication and reviews to maintain alignment
- Tackle complex strategic problems with limited definition and create clarity where it is needed
- Identify risks early and create mitigation plans to protect timelines and deliverables
- Develop and reinforce standards, methods, and evaluation criteria for strategic projects
- Monitor program performance and make informed adjustments as needed
- Provide regular, structured updates to senior leadership highlighting progress and challenges
- Use consistent methods and tools for tracking, reporting, and decision support
- Conduct value and benefits analysis to ensure initiatives deliver meaningful impact
- Identify trends, opportunities, and signals that may influence future initiatives
- Recommend process improvements, new tools, or innovative approaches that increase efficiency and quality
Requirements:
- Seven or more years of experience leading complex strategic projects or programs
- Three or more years in strategy, operations, or transformation roles within consulting or similar environments
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise‑level initiatives with high complexity
- Strong presence and confidence when communicating with senior leaders
- Proficiency with structural project methodologies and tools such as project planning, workflow management, and iterative delivery approaches
- Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work with data insights, interpret performance metrics, and drive decisions
- Experience managing budgets, risks, and change at a program level
- Ability to bring calm, structure, and focus to ambiguous or fast‑moving environments
- Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Professional certifications in project or agile delivery are preferred
- Experience in large‑scale transformation or multi‑department initiatives
- Ability to introduce new tools, improve workflows, and create scalable structure
