Software Engineer II, Full Stack (Python, React)

Teamworks is the Operating System for Sports™, powering over 6,500 organizations worldwide. As a Software Engineer II on Hub, you will contribute to building and enhancing the core capabilities of the platform that supports elite athletic and tactical units, focusing on developing and improving full stack features.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deliver full stack features across React, TypeScript, and Python
• Contribute to scalable platform capabilities that integrate multiple Teamworks products
• Collaborate on technical designs and translate requirements into reliable implementations
• Incorporate customer feedback into product improvements
• Improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability across the Hub platform
• Contribute to API development and integrations using REST and GraphQL
• Participate in code reviews, pairing sessions, and team design discussions
• Participate in on call rotation and support production systems

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript on the frontend
• Proficiency in Python on the backend
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Experience building and shipping production software
• Solid understanding of system design fundamentals
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience with GraphQL
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve development workflows
• Experience working with government contractors
• Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance
• Experience contributing to shared platform or integration layer systems
