Marriott International is entering an exciting new chapter of growth and evolution. The Managing Vice President, Global Integrated Marketing & Strategy, will elevate and lead a world-class global marketing team that connects brand ambition with business objectives and maximizes marketing resources and investments to accelerate enterprise growth.
This executive sets the global marketing vision and leads the integration of strategy, planning, investment, measurement, and end-to-end creative strategy, driving fully integrated 360° marketing programs across the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio. Working closely with cross functional partners, this leader will support Global Marketing across five continents and more than 30 brands, as well as an industry-leading loyalty program, cobrand credit cards, the mobile app, and a diverse portfolio of partnerships and consumer passion platforms - ensuring cohesive, high-impact marketing across the full ecosystem.
Acting as the strategic connector, this leader brings together storytelling, customer insight, commercial outcomes, and long-term enterprise value. They will build scalable frameworks that strengthen global consistency while enabling local relevance, empowering teams to deliver bold, modern, insight-driven marketing at every level of the organization.
As an enterprise leader, this executive define and execute end-to-end global marketing and growth strategy by building an insights-driven, fully integrated marketing engine that connects brand, customer and creative strategy to measurable commercial outcomes. By aligning cross-functional teams and championing disciplined, data-informed decision-making, this role ensures that every dollar, message, initiative, and experience works harder together, elevating marketing as a core driver of across the enterprise growth.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience Required
- 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing & Communications, or related major.
- 15+ years of experience in global marketing, brand strategy, or integrated communications, preferably within travel, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-brand and multi-market marketing ecosystems.
- Strong background in both brand-building and performance-driven marketing.
- Demonstrated ownership of large, complex marketing budgets and investment strategies.
- Experience working with loyalty programs, co-brand credit cards, and strategic partnerships a plus.

Global Marketing Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the global integrated marketing strategy across the full customer journey, from brand building to performance and loyalty.
- Establish clear strategic frameworks that align portfolio brands, loyalty programs, credit card partnerships, and consumer passion platforms under a cohesive vision.
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies that drive brand equity, customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.
Integrated Planning & 360° Orchestration
- Lead annual and long-range marketing planning across regions, brands, and business units.
- Ensure seamless 360° integration across channels (paid, owned, earned), touchpoints, and moments, connecting brand, product, loyalty, partnerships, and experiences.
- Act as the central integrator between marketing, commercial, digital, product, loyalty, and external partners.
Creative & Communications Strategy
- Set the global creative strategy and communications architecture, ensuring consistency while enabling local relevance.
- Partner closely with internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver breakthrough, culturally resonant work.
- Champion a test-and-learn mindset, leveraging data, insights, and consumer passions to fuel innovation.
Budget Ownership & Investment Strategy
- Own global marketing investment strategy, including budget planning, allocation, and optimization across portfolio priorities.
- Ensure disciplined, ROI-driven decision-making while protecting long-term brand health.
- Partner with finance and analytics teams to establish measurement frameworks and performance dashboards.
Portfolio, Loyalty & Partnership Leadership
- Drive integrated marketing across:
- Marriott Bonvoy Portfolio, Core and sub-brands
- Loyalty and CRM ecosystems
- Cobrand credit card and financial partnerships
- Enterprise and Experience Partnerships
- Consumer passion platforms (e.g., F&B, Sports, Music)
- Maximize the value of partnerships through aligned storytelling, customer value propositions, and integrated activation.
Leadership & Ways of Working
- Build and lead a high-performing global team spanning strategy, planning, and integrated marketing.
- Establish best-in-class ways of working, governance, and collaboration models across regions and functions.
- Act as a senior marketing voice internally, influencing leadership and advocating for the customer.
