Project Management Analyst (Remote)

Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a Project Analyst in a remote capacity. This role involves managing externally funded initiatives, ensuring data quality, and participating in project design and implementation. The analyst will also compile and analyze results to identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Delivers on delegated tasks specific to externally funded initiatives assigned by a manager on the Shared Solutions team
• Acquire thorough knowledge of each externally funded initiatives
• Understand goals and objectives, key stakeholders, etc
• Ensure data quality in files sent between Accredo and vendor in support of compliance program
• Pull data from internal data source and send to vendor in support of texting pilot program
• Ensure quality and accuracy of data
• Accurately transcribe text campaign responses and add to patient record
• Assesses, plans, monitors, evaluates, and reports on each project
• Clearly communicates any issues or concerns related to the data solutions for any issues
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new enhancements including automation, controls, reporting, etc
• Compiles and analyzes results for identification of improvement opportunities
• If time permits deliver on other projects as assigned
• Vigilance and performance management for a variety of programs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience (product management, marketing, product development, sales or significant cross-functional project-based experience)
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency
• Proficient data analysis and reporting skills; basic financial analysis skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to create leadership presentations
• Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
• Ability to work towards specific deliverables within an environment of tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines
• Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and/or PBM processes preferred but not required
