They are seeking a Senior Business System Analyst to conduct business discovery sessions, perform data analysis, and collaborate with teams to translate requirements into technical outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Business Discovery sessions involving direct interaction with business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Perform data analysis and unpack existing business logic to derive meaningful insights
- Prepare technical specifications and documentation, including PDD (Process Design Document) and STM (System Target Mapping)
- Collaborate closely with Data Modelers and the Engineering team to translate requirements into technical outcomes
- Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Coordinate with offshore BSA teams when needed
- Support QA and business partners by assisting in testing activities
Requirements:
- Conduct Business Discovery sessions involving direct interaction with business stakeholders to understand requirements

- Strong data understanding, particularly Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts
- Solid SQL skills, including ability to write, review, and analyze complex SQL queries
- Proven techno‑functional experience, including creation of technical documents
- Background as a Developer or Data Analyst transitioning to BSA / Technical Product Owner roles
- Excellent ownership, accountability, and communication skills
