Senior Project Manager

Provisions Group is a growing healthcare organization seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead data-driven initiatives. This role involves managing strategic projects, translating data into actionable insights, and supporting operational and clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management across multiple initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Partner with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and executive teams to define project goals and success metrics
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reporting
• Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in healthcare or related industries
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in healthcare systems, provider organizations, or multi-site operations
• PMP or similar project management certification
• Familiarity with healthcare data systems, KPIs, and reporting structures
• Experience working with large datasets and performance metrics
