Mid - level IT Project Manager

Cruise Planners is the largest franchisor of home-based travel agencies across the country. The IT Project Manager is responsible for managing technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and stakeholder expectations are met while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects end-to-end, including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and delivery to ensure timelines and objectives are met
• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and dependency tracking using project management tools such as Birdview and Microsoft Project
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to communicate updates, resolve issues, and keep projects progressing efficiently
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to established processes and maintaining clear status reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvement while supporting a collaborative team environment and contributing thoughtful recommendations to enhance project outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of project management experience, with the ability to independently manage projects from initiation through completion
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, with strong communication and collaboration skills to manage stakeholders and keep projects on track
