JPW Industries is redefining excellence in industrial tools and machinery and is seeking a forward-thinking leader to transform content creation and marketing operations. The AI Content and Marketing Operations Manager will design and operationalize AI-enabled content systems while ensuring alignment with brand voice and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design and operate AI assisted content production systems for product detail pages, category pages, blogs, marketplace listings, promotions, product launches and campaign initiatives
- Translate brand positioning into structured AI prompt frameworks that reflect tone, persona, and messaging priorities
- Continuously refine AI workflows based on feedback, performance data, and evolving marketing strategy
- Reduce manual effort, revision cycles, and content production bottlenecks
- Ensure AI generated content aligns with brand voice, SEO standards, and quality expectations
- Develop governance frameworks, review processes, and quality control standards for AI assisted outputs
- Own and optimize the Digital Asset Management platform, Bynder, including metadata, taxonomy, tagging, and lifecycle governance
- Improve asset discoverability and drive DAM adoption as the single source of truth
- Map and improve end to end digital content workflows across Marketing
- Identify automation opportunities and streamline marketing operations
- Create SOPs and scalable documentation to support operational consistency
- Track and report on KPIs including production velocity, revision rates, and system adoption
- Partner cross functionally with Brand, Digital, and IT teams to ensure alignment within enterprise AI and technology governance framework
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience in marketing operations, digital content systems, or marketing technology
- Hands on experience with AI assisted content tools and workflow design
- Strong understanding of structured content frameworks and content lifecycle management
- Experience managing or administering a Digital Asset Management system
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable processes and operational systems
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals at the execution levels
- Strong working knowledge of metadata, taxonomy, and structured data
- Proven ability to influence across functional stakeholders across Marketing and IT
- Experience supporting multiple brands or complex product portfolios
