Business Analyst III

Global Technical Talent is an Inc. 5000 Company seeking a Business Analyst III to facilitate operational risk assessments within a leading financial institution. The role involves identifying stakeholders, reviewing process documentation, and facilitating workshops to manage risk assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating operational risk assessments across various Consumer Bank processes
• Identifying and gathering stakeholders
• Reviewing process maps and documentation to inform risk and control documentation
• Eliciting feedback from stakeholders
• Engaging control partners for review and approvals
• Setting up workshops to work through the different stages of the risks assessments
• Facilitating 2-3 risk assessment concurrently through the contract period

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years of overall experience
• Understand how to identify risk writing a process and how to articulate and design control for those risks
• Comfortable leading a large group of stakeholders – facilitating and get them to agreeing
• Strong excel
