Senior Project Manager

Russell Tobin is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to support a fast-paced, high-volume creative team during maternity leave coverage. This hands-on role involves managing high-volume creative work, leading projects across sprint cycles and longer-term timelines, and ensuring that project health and team resourcing are maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume creative work across email, newsletters, and integrated campaigns
• Lead projects across both 2-week sprint cycles and longer-term campaign timelines
• Drive projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and SLA targets (:85%) are met
• Maintain visibility into project health and team resourcing
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, including AI/automation
• Own project execution end-to-end (no direct reports)

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience, including 5+ years in project management
• Background in creative operations, content, or agency environments
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced workflows
• Strong prioritization, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to shifting priorities
• Excellent communication in a fully remote environment
• Required Tools: Jira, Google Workspace, Figma (reviews), DAM systems (e.g., Orange Logic)
