Advanced Solutions International is a global software company focused on helping not-for-profits and membership organizations grow revenue through innovative software solutions. The Business Development Representative will work with the global sales team to develop target accounts, cultivate inbound leads, and generate new opportunities through outbound efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Working with sales and marketing leadership to develop target accounts for prospecting
- Following up, cultivating, and qualifying in-bound leads for the sales team, and generating new opportunities, through outbound calling and email
- Researching inbound leads and target accounts to add key contacts to CRM system
- Maintaining data integrity in CRM system through data cleanup
- Achieving meeting goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Continuing to grow and increase product knowledge and sales skills
- Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong drive and a determined sales approach
- Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot and/or iMIS)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales quotas, preferred
