Akraya, Inc. is an award-winning IT staffing firm seeking a Senior HR Technologist with over 10 years of experience to support their People & Places leadership. The role focuses on developing HR technology strategies, operating models, and roadmaps, with an emphasis on system-level analysis and capability mapping.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document the current People technology landscape, including systems of record and workflow platforms
• Partner with leadership to refine the PPL technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture
• Define frameworks for decision-making regarding the HR systems' buy, build, or extend decisions
• Identify and address system fragmentation, redundancy, and governance gaps
• Produce executive-ready artifacts to support strategic decision-making and alignment
