The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing strategy and execution, driving brand messaging, customer acquisition, and growth strategies in the cardiovascular digital health landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth
- Collaborate with the executive team to define the company's marketing objectives and align them with overall business goals
- Oversee the development and execution of brand positioning and messaging that resonate with target audiences (US-based hospitals and US-based data buyers)
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and identity across all marketing channels and materials
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Direct the work of external market research and creative firms to design and deploy marketing initiatives
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
- Lead the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising
- Optimize digital channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Work closely with product development teams to create go-to-market strategies for new products and features
- Develop compelling product messaging and positioning to differentiate from competitors
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to grow the CardioCare and egnite RWE customer base
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that drives results
- Collaborate with external partners to co-create marketing initiatives
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness and ROI of marketing initiatives and campaigns
