They are seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager in the Machine Vision sector to expand their customer base, manage key accounts, and drive sales growth for machine vision products, particularly in the Automotive sector.
Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving business needs, and providing strategic solutions using our machine vision products
- Develop and execute sophisticated sales strategies tailored to high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with broader company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex sales cycles, utilizing your experience to anticipate challenges and proactively address them
- Develop comprehensive account plans for key clients, outlining long-term objectives and strategies for sustained growth
- Maintain a leadership position in understanding industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the machine vision sector
- Leverage your market insights to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation
- Serve as the primary executive-level point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded
- Collaborate closely with technical support and customer service teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Bachelors or equivalent experience
- 5 + years of B2B sales experience selling Machine Vision solutions
- Applicants must reside in the US near/around Detroit, MI
- 50% travel to be expected
- Experience in the Automotive industry highly desired
- In-depth understanding of Machine Vision technologies and their applications
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic sales approach with the ability to demonstrate value to the customer
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Consistent achievement of sales targets and quotas
