Associate Director, Product Management

Humana is a healthcare company focused on putting health first, and they are seeking an Associate Director, Product Management. This role involves leading all phases of the product life cycle to develop and manage products that meet customer needs and achieve specific outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace
• Develops products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes
• Monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation
• Adjusts products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes
• Identifies and resolves complex technical and operational problems within department(s)
• Could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates

Requirements:

• Pharmacy experience
• Call center experience
• Experience with omnichannel strategy (voice, chat, SMS, email)
• Exposure to AI-driven customer experience or predictive dialing optimization
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into scalable technology solutions
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, 6+ years of technical
• 2+ years of management experience
