Steel City is an apparel brand rooted in industrial grit and elevated workwear, seeking an Influencer & Partnerships Manager to help expand their reach nationally. The role involves building and managing an influencer network, executing brand collaborations, and turning relationships into real reach and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Building and managing our influencer network
- Running product seeding at scale
- Creating and executing brand collaborations
- Turning relationships into real reach and revenue
- Identify and onboard creators that align with the brand
- Develop a network across micro, mid, and key partners
- Manage outreach, communication, and ongoing relationships
- Execute weekly product gifting to targeted creators
- Ensure consistent content creation and reposting
- Source and execute meaningful partnerships (brands, creators, businesses)
- Bring collaboration ideas from concept → execution → launch
- Ensure influencer content fuels ads, email, and organic
- Turn creators into long-term partners
Requirements:
- Experience in influencer marketing or partnerships
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to identify and onboard creators that align with the brand
- Experience in managing outreach and ongoing relationships
- Proven track record of executing product gifting at scale
- Ability to create and execute brand collaborations
- Experience in turning relationships into real reach and revenue
- Ability to source and execute meaningful partnerships
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
