The Customer Service Representative - Tax position offers an opportunity to provide tax-related support to clients while working remotely, focusing on customer inquiries and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound customer support using a structured call flow guide in the customer's preferred language, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues related to tax services and products
- Accurately track, document, and retrieve customer information within designated databases to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that may benefit the customer, enhancing overall satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with professionalism and a positive attitude, maintaining a customer-first approach at all times
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both languages
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
- Proficiency in multitasking in fast-paced environments
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving processes
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Windows 11+ with at least 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber with speeds of 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload or higher)
