HOMER ION Laboratory Co., Ltd. is seeking a Director of Market Strategy to formulate and drive the company's overall market strategy. The role involves enhancing market share and brand influence through data-driven approaches and strategic insights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the company's medium-to-long-term market strategies and annual market plans
- Analyze industry trends, the competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs
- Define target markets, customer segments, and value propositions
- Establish a market research framework and consistently generate insight reports
- Monitor competitor strategies and market dynamics
- Leverage data analytics to support strategic decision-making (e.g., user behavior, conversion rates, ROI)
- Formulate brand strategies and define brand positioning
- Orchestrate brand communication strategies (both online and offline)
- Ensure brand image consistency and market competitiveness
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies
- Support new product launches and market promotion initiatives
- Drive growth strategies (e.g., user acquisition, retention, and conversion)
- Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI
- Optimize the marketing channel mix (digital marketing, content marketing, events, etc.)
- Manage external partners (advertising agencies, consulting firms, etc.)
- Build and lead a high-performing market strategy team
- Foster cross-functional collaboration (with Sales, Product, Operations, etc.)
- Cultivate strategic thinking and execution capabilities within the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher; a major in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- 20+ years of experience in marketing or strategic roles
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Excellent data analysis and decision-making skills
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills
- Strong project management and execution capabilities
- MBA is preferred
- Experience within large enterprises or rapidly growing companies is preferred
- Experience across multiple industries or in international markets is preferred
- Experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
- Familiarity with B2B and/or B2C market models
- Experience in brand rebranding or market transformation initiatives
