They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure clients receive full value from their products, bridging the gap between sales and support while focusing on reducing churn and increasing revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure clients are getting full value from our product
- Bridge the gap between sales and support
- Be available at every stage of the customer’s journey
- Instill confidence and build trust with customers
- Absorb information and learn about the products to be an excellent resource to customers
- Influence churn, revenue, and advocacy in the organization
- Reduce churn, increase revenue, and promote advocacy through leadership and product knowledge
- Effectively communicate and build a sense of belonging among employees
- Be a strategic thinker and proactive problem solver
Requirements:
- Experience in customer success or a related field, preferably in a SaaS organization
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with customers
- Ability to understand and influence churn, revenue, and advocacy
- Proactive problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
- Ability to work collaboratively and inclusively with diverse teams
- Strong product knowledge and eagerness to learn about the company's offerings
