Rulemapping Group is a fast-growing GovTech company headquartered in Berlin, focused on simplifying bureaucratic processes through innovative technology. They are seeking a Country Manager for the USA to drive business development and enterprise sales across various sectors, managing the full sales cycle and developing tailored solutions for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Own market entry and Go-to-Market strategy for the USA in close alignment with the Germany-based Global Hub
- Drive Business Development and Enterprise Sales across Public and/or Private sectors (B2B/B2G), identifying new opportunities and developing tailored solutions for multiple industries
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through solution design, negotiation, and closing
- Identify, acquire, and develop lighthouse and reference customers, especially in regulated industries such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, and Energy
- Recruit, onboard, and manage partners (resellers, system integrators, consultancies), initially complementing direct sales and evolving toward a hybrid Go-to-Market model
