Job Summary: The Client Accounts Associate plays a vital role in the operational infrastructure of the wealth management practice, overseeing the full lifecycle of client investment accounts. This position is responsible for the accurate and compliant setup, maintenance, and closure of accounts, as well as processing asset transfers, maintaining cost basis records, and ensuring all custodial and internal systems are up to date. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.
Essential Functions: All expectations described in the job description’s essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Education and Experience: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in account administration, client operations, or financial operations.
Required Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of investment account types, account documentation, and custodial platforms. High attention to detail and accuracy in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills. A solid understanding of financial account structures, regulatory requirements, and a dedication to supporting both client and advisor needs with professionalism and efficiency. Ability to manage multiple account workflows and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or portfolio management systems.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
