Curate Partners is seeking a Delivery Product Manager to join their Product Transformation team, focusing on developing a digital product for a financial services client. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable product features while ensuring customer needs are met through continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and working sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Understand the needs of our customers and partners through research, primary interviews, and stakeholder feedback
- Support alignment across cross-functional teams of business architects, operation leads, design and delivery teams
- Own the definition of portfolio epics, capabilities and features supporting our transformation efforts
- Translate strategic objectives and customer and stakeholder feedback into clear, outcome-oriented product features
- Draft and define features to meet definition-of-ready standards for delivery team handoff
- Collaborate with technology and design teams to define journey maps and blueprints
- Support digital experience design efforts to ensure alignment with product features (as needed)
- Demonstrate an obsession about the customer through ongoing research into our key customer and partner needs
- Partner with delivery and activation teams to ensure consistency in roadmap vision and identify ongoing opportunities for exploration
- Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous iteration
Requirements:
- Must have retirement or financial regulated experience
