Role Overview
Develop and execute global product strategy and 3–5 year roadmap for the AI portfolio
Define product positioning, value proposition, and competitive differentiation
Lead portfolio brand strategy including new indications and line extensions
Partner with R&D on product development priorities and voice-of-customer inputs
Define product phase in and phase out plans for the 3-5 year horizon
Track global product performance and identify growth opportunities
Manage forecast inputs, pricing strategy, and margin optimization
Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence and market analysis
Provide market insights to downstream marketing partners for effective product launch planning
Serve as global product leader across regions
Lead efforts for evidence generation, dissemination and education, partnering with clinical affairs
Support regional teams with training, education, and strategic guidance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing or upstream marketing or other relevant customer facing experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing or upstream marketing or other relevant customer facing experience
MBA
Healthcare marketing or consulting experience in medical devices, specifically AI technologies
Demonstrated success delivering results within a matrixed environment
Proven success leading major initiatives
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
