Role Overview
- A successful GenAI Project Lead will be highly skilled in project management
- Management of complex Agile AI projects
- Monitor team performance to ensure projects are implemented accurately
- Foster positive working relationships with team members and clients
- Prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and assign resources to each project
- Track cost, schedule, and performance, prepare documents and develop project-specific policy
- Manage staffing requirements, including recruiting and onboarding
- Ensure program compliance with government and corporate policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Minimum of 5 years consulting experience
- Minimum 3 years project management and/or task leadership experience
- Experience with GenAI technologies
- Experience in the areas of SDLC and Agile software development methodologies
- Product management or related product lifecycle experience
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a “client first” attitude
- Active Polygraph level security clearance required
