Acclaro is a global localization company focused on helping brands connect across cultures. The Product Marketing Manager will own the go-to-market strategy for new product releases, crafting messaging and enabling sales teams for success.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the product narrative from conception to launch, partnering closely with Product and cross‑functional teams to translate early ideas into market‑ready stories, assets, and GTM plans
- Develop clear, compelling product messaging and value propositions rooted in customer insights and competitive analysis
- Partner closely with Product to understand roadmap priorities and translate features into user-centric stories
- Build and maintain sales enablement tools such as battlecards, feature comparisons, objection‑handling guides, and demo scripts
- Build personas, segmentation models, and competitive frameworks to sharpen market focus and identify opportunities
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Brand, and Content teams to ensure GTM alignment across channels and campaigns
- Support lifecycle initiatives to increase product adoption, engagement, and retention
- Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive movements to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
- Bring 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related function (B2C SaaS, tech, or localization preferred)
- Hold a bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience
- Have strong skills in market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis
- Are a natural storyteller who can simplify complex ideas for a range of audiences
- Communicate with clarity, confidence, and the ability to influence without authority
- Enjoy cross‑functional collaboration and know how to build strong relationships with Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Excel at staying focused, organized, and effective in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment
- Bring a strong customer empathy lens, always tying insights back to messaging and GTM strategy
- Stay level‑headed and solutions‑oriented when handling multiple deadlines
- Have product marketing experience in platform-based or AI-enabled products
- Bring experience launching new products or major feature releases
- Have strong presentation and storytelling skills, especially in slide creation
- Have worked in a global or multilingual environment
- Are familiar with pricing/packaging strategy or product lifecycle management
