Safeguard Global is seeking a results-driven Manager – Business Development to drive SaaS revenue growth in the US market. This role involves managing the full sales cycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver long-term customer value.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition within the US SaaS market
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets (monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Understand customer needs and position solutions through consultative selling
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and customized proposals
- Execute go-to-market strategies across assigned territories or segments
- Identify new business opportunities and provide market insights
- Collaborate with marketing on outbound and lead generation initiatives
- Partner with Customer Success for onboarding and retention
- Share customer insights with Product teams to enhance offerings
- Work with Sales leadership on forecasting and planning
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline tracking
- Provide reliable sales forecasts and reports
- Leverage data to improve conversion rates and sales efficiency
Requirements:
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience (US market preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding B2B sales targets
- Experience managing full-cycle SaaS sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
