Shield is a payment processor headquartered in Miami, Florida, enabling electronics export businesses to accept digital payments from international buyers. They are seeking a Growth Lead who will manage the full pipeline from impressions to revenue, focusing on building conversion funnels and implementing tracking systems.
Responsibilities:
- Turn traffic (LinkedIn, website, video) into qualified leads
- Build and optimize landing pages, lead capture flows (email, WhatsApp, forms)
- Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure: pixels, retargeting audiences, attribution systems
- Capture emails before signup, retarget non-converting visitors
- Partner with sales to define qualified lead criteria and deliver pipeline volume
- Run conversion experiments: A/B tests on pages, offers, messaging
- Build case study and proof loops that convert prospects
- Track and report on conversion rate, CPL, pipeline volume, and revenue influenced
Requirements:
- Experience building funnels from scratch (landing pages, lead capture, retargeting)
- Deep understanding of tracking and attribution: Meta/LinkedIn/Google pixels, CRM sync, multi-touch attribution
- Proven ability to convert traffic into qualified leads, not just impressions
- Experience working with sales teams to define lead criteria and feed pipeline
- Strong A/B testing and experimentation background
- B2B experience, especially targeting wholesalers, import/export businesses, or LATAM trade flows
- Experience in payments, fintech, logistics, or electronics trade
- Has worked with low-tech or offline-heavy customers
