Dash Bio is a venture-backed startup focused on accelerating drug development through advanced automation and integrated software. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to engage biotech and pharma companies, leveraging a scientific background to facilitate faster drug development processes.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage target accounts, primarily Series A+ biotech and mid-size pharma companies with active preclinical or clinical programs
- Drive qualified meetings for our commercial team through a mix of cold email, LinkedIn, phone, and conference follow-up
- Dig into each prospect's pipeline, therapeutic focus, and current vendor landscape before reaching out
- Keep HubSpot clean and current. Log all activity, track outreach sequences, and maintain accurate account and contact data so nothing falls through the cracks
- Represent Dash Bio at key industry events. Turn badge scans and conversations into pipeline
- Relay what you're hearing in the field back to marketing and leadership
- Separate signal from noise. Not every biotech is a fit and you need to screen and understand who we serve best and prioritize accordingly
