Own sales enablement content strategy for assigned products/services (messaging, positioning, proof points, and talk tracks) aligned to ICPs, use cases, and sales stages
Develop and maintain enablement assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, email templates, discovery questions, objection handling, and competitive battlecards
Create partner-facing enablement materials (partner pitch decks, co-selling guides, partner FAQs) to support partner recruitment, onboarding, and activation
Partner with Sales managers, Product Management and Sales Engineering to plan and deliver product/market training, including live sessions, recorded modules, and release updates
Gather field input through win/loss learnings, deal reviews, customer/partner calls, and feedback loops; translate insights into content and product marketing recommendations
Conduct market, customer, and competitive research; synthesize findings into actionable guidance for sellers and partners
Support go-to-market launches and sales plays by coordinating cross-functional inputs, producing launch kits, and ensuring sales readiness
Collaborate with demand generation on campaign themes and assets, ensuring alignment between marketing programs and the sales/partner motions they support
Requirements
3+ years experience in product marketing, sales enablement, partner marketing, or related roles
Demonstrated ability to create field-ready enablement content that improves seller confidence and supports deal progression
Strong analytical and storytelling skills; able to translate research and customer insights into clear messaging and proof points
Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Partner teams, Product, Rev Ops, and Marketing in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to facilitate training and enablement sessions with diverse audiences
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with flexibility and adaptability to change
Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
