Enable is a company focused on simplifying pricing and rebate management through their intelligent platform. They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to generate new business pipeline and support the training of team members in the North American market.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
- Discover business initiatives and acting as their internal advocate
- Build a point of view on how to help qualify customers' needs
- Research and understand various lines of business and personas
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional corporate experience
- 1+ years in a SaaS selling role
- Ability to managing a high volume of accounts with a strategy on prioritization of your accounts and time
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible as part of an ever-growing sales organization
- Ability to learn how to anticipate and prepare for objection
- Ability to build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Teamwork skills or experience working with extended teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, professional email etiquette, and calendaring
- Ability to think critically, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to a situation
