Zensar Technologies is seeking early-career professionals for their Customer Experience & Success organization through a high-impact talent acceleration program. Participants will engage in technical and strategic projects, working closely with senior leaders to deliver meaningful results and build their capabilities in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics or Applied Mathematics, Computer Science (with focus on AI, analytics, cloud, or strategy), Software Engineering (with exposure to AI, automation, or prototyping), or Human‑Computer Interaction / UX
- Core competencies include analytical thinking, strong communication skills, project management fundamentals, and technical fluency
- The ability to operate independently with a solution‑oriented mindset, navigate a matrixed organization, take ownership of deliverables end‑to‑end, and adapt to ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Proactive and self‑driven, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, strong collaboration and attention to detail, openness to feedback, commitment to continuous learning, and a strong outcome‑focused approach
- Experience through coursework, projects, or internships in agentic AI solutions, automation concepts, AI‑enabled workflows, data analysis using Excel or Power BI, structured problem‑solving, and moving from problem identification to hypothesis and prototype development
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Azure) is a plus
