IT Business Analyst - 100% Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a contract position with a Leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager located in Eagan, MN. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing data processing needs, gathering requirements, and coordinating system compatibility to improve existing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
• Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs
• Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience required
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Must demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated technical aptitude
• Demonstrated analysis and documentation skills
