DTN is a global data and technology company helping operational leaders in energy, agriculture, and weather-driven industries make faster, smarter decisions. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution within their Energy & Refined Fuels SaaS portfolio, focusing on driving product innovation and alignment with customer needs and market opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven product strategies, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and portfolio planning
- Lead portfolio modernization initiatives, driving adoption of enterprise solutions and enhancing product offerings
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives
- Own and drive the product roadmap, incorporating input from internal stakeholders and external customers
- Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure product performance and inform continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery
- Partner with go-to-market teams to support product positioning, adoption strategies, and revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product direction
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering successful enterprise SaaS products and driving measurable business outcomes
- Strong understanding of SaaS product management, market dynamics, and customer-driven product strategy
- Experience in supply chain, fuels, or data analytics domains
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers, growth, and profitability
- Experience with market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning methodologies
