The Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping Advocacy programs, managing their design, build, and ongoing management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance member experience and deliver client value.
Responsibilities:
- Lead non‑technical product development for Advocacy programs, including ideation, enhancements, launches, and lifecycle management
- Define and execute product vision and roadmap to improve member experience and differentiate Advocacy offerings in the market
- Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to deliver complex initiatives in a matrixed environment
- Translate insights and data into clear product requirements and strategic recommendations
- Manage competing priorities, risks, and dependencies while driving execution through ambiguity
- Communicate effectively using inductive storytelling to align stakeholders and support decision making
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in product/program development, product/program management, and/or product/program implementation within a matrix organization
- Experience translating business, member, or operational needs into clear product requirements or deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- 1+ years of experience working with health plans
- Product Development and Product Lifecycle experience
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use data to inform decisions
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
