Retell AI | Senior Product Designer | Full-Time | Remote

Retell AI is a company reimagining the call center with cutting-edge voice AI. They are seeking a Senior Product Designer who will own the product experience end-to-end, shaping user interactions with AI voice agents and ensuring high-quality design standards.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product experience end-to-end, from early concepts and PRDs to polished, shipped features used by real customers in high-stakes, real-time scenarios
• Shape how users interact with AI voice agents, turning complex technical workflows into clear, intuitive, and human experiences
• Work directly with engineers and founders to define, refine, and ship features, ensuring design intent and quality carry through to production
• Be the voice of the user: conduct customer interviews, gather feedback, and translate real pain points into thoughtful design solutions
• Proactively raise the UX bar by identifying friction, inconsistencies, and opportunities across the product
• Build and evolve Retell's design system, setting standards for consistency, scalability, and craftsmanship as the product and team grow
• Influence product direction through design, contributing strong opinions, clear rationale, and taste-driven decisions
