As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design and maintain scalable applications while leveraging AI-first approaches and mentoring other engineers to enhance team capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications that meet high standards for security, compliance, performance, and reliability
- Own technical design for complex features and services, contributing to architectural patterns and long-term platform direction
- Translate business requirements and UX designs into well-structured technical solutions with accurate effort estimates
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools as a standard part of your engineering workflow to improve velocity, quality, and automation
- Identify technical risks early and drive pragmatic mitigation strategies
- Lead root cause analysis of production incidents and implement durable, systemic fixes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align architecture, integrations, and delivery timelines
- Promote reusable components, shared libraries, and engineering best practices
- Provide thoughtful code reviews and mentor engineers to elevate team performance
- Continuously improve system design, automation, and developer experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience building full-stack applications using Java, JavaScript, and React
- Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger)
- Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing efficient SQL
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar) and Git-based workflows
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito
- Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, Redis Streams, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions
- Experience in Fintech, banking, or payment systems
- Familiarity with AWS services
- Exposure to observability tools such as Grafana, Splunk, or Logz.io
