Liberty One Legal Funding is a company that provides fast, reliable pre-settlement funding to personal injury plaintiffs nationwide. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand their network of plaintiff personal injury law firm partners and manage relationships with attorneys and referred plaintiffs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with plaintiff personal injury law firms that refer cases for funding
- Identify and pursue new referral partnerships with attorneys nationwide
- Communicate with referred plaintiffs to explain the funding process and gather necessary case information
- Coordinate with referring law firms and internal teams to facilitate funding transactions
- Track outreach, referrals, and client interactions in the company CRM
- Meet or exceed revenue and performance targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer legal funding, personal injury, or related fields
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with both attorneys and individual clients
- Experience using CRM systems
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
