Oktana is a company that helps businesses prepare for AI using various technologies including MuleSoft. In this role, you will identify and close new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise customers, focusing on selling MuleSoft licenses and consulting services while building strong relationships across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Drive net-new revenue by identifying and closing opportunities for MuleSoft license sales and consulting projects
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Clearly communicate Oktana’s full range of MuleSoft consulting services, including API strategy, implementation, and support
- Collaborate with our Resourcing, Pre-Sales, and Engineering teams to craft technical proposals and SOWs
- Track all opportunities in Salesforce and ensure license ACV is attributed to Oktana
- Partner closely with Salesforce and MuleSoft reps to co-sell and provide value within their sales cycles
- Report pipeline and performance regularly to leadership, ensuring alignment with revenue goals
- Work with Marketing to refine sales materials and capture new customer references
Requirements:
- Proven experience selling MuleSoft, Salesforce, or other enterprise integration platforms
- Experience selling software licenses, consulting, or professional services
- A track record of developing new business and closing deals with C-level decision makers
- Strong understanding of integration technologies and business value of APIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter mindset and comfort working in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Experience selling into IT, Integration, or Digital Transformation teams
- Background working with offshore/nearshore development teams
- Prior experience in partner-led sales or co-selling environments (e.g., Salesforce ecosystem)
