Platform Product Manager

Siemens Healthineers is a leader in medical technology, dedicated to pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare. They are seeking a Platform Product Manager to design, develop, and manage platform products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they meet user needs and support internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Designs, develops and manages activities for platform products from product definition and planning through development, production, release, and end of life
• Serves as the central resource to gather user needs, platform capabilities, commonalities to support internal stakeholders of product line development
• Involved in design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing
• Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the platform products

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field (or foreign equivalent)
• Five (5) years of experience in the job offered, as Software Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, Software Developer, or a related occupation
• Experience and/or academic training with product development management
• Experience and/or academic training with Agile software development
• Experience and/or academic training with project management
• Experience and/or academic training with requirements management
• Experience and/or academic training with strategic product planning
