EcoOnline is a growing global tech company focused on creating meaningful impact and making a real difference for customers. They are seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for their core EHS product suite, aiming to strengthen market position and drive revenue growth globally.
Responsibilities:
- Own positioning and messaging for EcoOnline’s EHS solutions, developing clear value propositions for priority segments and industries
- Lead global go-to-market plans for new modules, features and enhancements, driving pipeline impact and win-rate improvement
- Evolve our messaging from point solutions toward a broader, platform-led narrative
- Partner with Product Management to shape roadmap direction using customer insight, competitive intelligence and market research
- Conduct win/loss interviews and voice-of-customer analysis to inform strategy
- Enable Sales and Customer Success with compelling content, tools and training
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing and packaging, recommending strategic adjustments where required
- Collaborate across Demand Generation, Content, RevOps and Customer Success to ensure cohesive, high-impact launches
- Represent EcoOnline at webinars, events and industry forums as a subject matter expert
Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience within enterprise SaaS
- Proven success defining positioning and leading go-to-market strategy for complex solutions
- Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value
- Strong cross-functional influence skills within matrixed organisations
- Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis and win/loss interviews
- Confident presenter with excellent written communication skills
- Experience working closely with Product and Sales teams in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Experience within EHS or adjacent compliance / safety software is strongly preferred
- Pragmatic Marketing, PMA or similar certifications are a bonus
