CloudBees enables enterprises to deliver scalable, compliant, and secure software, empowering developers to do their best work. The Principal Product Marketing Manager will own the AI go-to-market strategy and execution, driving demand and ensuring that product launches resonate with customers and the market.
Responsibilities:
- Own AI GTM strategy and execution: Build a GTM for AI that connects messaging, packaging, pricing, channels, and demand motions to business impact. Pipeline or bust
- Experience in marketing AI/ML, especially AI developer tools
- Be a market maker: CloudBees is unifying software delivery for the enterprise. You’ll turn that into an AI market position buyers can’t ignore
- Partner with AI PM: Act as a thought partner and accountability counterpart, bringing customer and market insights into product decisions. If it doesn’t influence the roadmap or drive revenue, it’s noise
- Craft the narrative: Position our AI capabilities with clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with DevOps champions and economic buyers
- Package and price AI: Shape models that balance buyer value, adoption, and business economics
- Launch products and features: Drive launch playbacks from idea to market, ensuring each release lands with customers, Sales, and analysts
- Fuel demand: Partner across Marketing and Sales to design integrated plays, content, and campaigns for high-priority verticals and use cases
- Enable the field: Create playbooks, tools, and narratives that help AEs and SEs win with AI
- Lead with data: Define and evolve success measures and dashboards to track adoption, market impact, and GTM effectiveness
- Be the voice of the customer: Capture buyer and user insights, competitive intel, and market signals, feeding them into GTM and roadmap decisions
- Represent CloudBees externally: Publish content, brief analysts, and engage with customers and the industry to position CloudBees as a leader in DevOps and AI
- Use AI to multiply output: Apply generative AI tools for research, messaging, content acceleration, and competitive analysis
