AB Agri is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support their ASPAC commercial operations. This role involves acting as the key link between customers, sales, and internal teams to ensure smooth processes and excellent service across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams
- Coordinating customer orders and monitoring shipments
- Managing and following up on customer complaints
- Supporting sales teams by improving operational efficiency
- Collaborating with supply chain, quality, and other internal functions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service or coordination
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
- Thai language skills
