Product Security Engineer

Rex.zone is seeking a Product Security Engineer to embed security into the software lifecycle for platforms that handle AI/ML data operations. The role involves securing services that support data labeling and model evaluation tooling to protect customer data.

Responsibilities:

• Drive secure SDLC practices across engineering teams and delivery pipelines
• Lead threat modeling and security design reviews for new features and services
• Conduct and coordinate penetration testing and remediate identified risks
• Own vulnerability management, prioritization, and remediation tracking
• Implement security automation to improve coverage and reduce manual effort
• Partner with cloud and engineering teams to harden infrastructure and services

Requirements:

• Experience in application security and secure software development practices
• Hands-on threat modeling, risk assessment, and vulnerability management
• Understanding of cloud security concepts and modern engineering workflows
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
