Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative

All Web Leads is a high-growth company in the insurance space, seeking a licensed Customer Success Representative to support their insurance agency. In this role, you will assist clients with securing coverage and managing their policies while collaborating with Sales and Agency Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct welcome calls for new policyholders
• Maintain accurate policy status and documentation
• Follow up on carrier requirements and pending items
• Handle inbound calls and emails from clients
• Support ongoing policy servicing needs
• Identify and route renewal, retention, and cross-sell opportunities
• Partner with internal teams to meet service and operational goals

Requirements:

• Active Property and Casualty license OR Life and Health license (including Medicare)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with systems and basic computer proficiency
• Insurance Producer License (Required)
• Insurance, customer service, or sales support experience
