The Senior Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping and delivering products across Arcadia’s platform, focusing on transforming complex data into actionable insights for healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and roadmap for defined areas of Arcadia’s platform
- Translate business strategy and customer insights into clear product vision, requirements, and measurable outcomes
- Lead discovery efforts including customer interviews, workflow analysis, and data-driven investigation
- Develop business cases that quantify impact, trade-offs, and ROI
- Partner closely with engineering and UX to define MVP scope and drive iterative delivery
- Actively manage and prioritize backlogs based on impact, urgency, and strategic alignment
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination
- Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and results clearly to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure successful launches and customer adoption
- Track and report on product performance metrics and continuously refine based on feedback and data
- Advocate for both platform scalability and thoughtful technical debt management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or data platforms
- Proven track record of launching and iterating on complex software products
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
- Strong experience working with data-driven products; comfort using SQL or analytical tools to self-serve insights
- Experience engaging directly with customers and translating feedback into actionable product decisions
- Strategic thinker who can connect detailed execution to long-term outcomes
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity across teams
