Parachute Health is transforming post-acute care through a leading digital ordering platform for medical equipment and supplies. The Senior Product Manager for Clinician Experience will focus on enhancing the patient experience by collaborating with product teams, stakeholders, and customers to build and deliver effective solutions across a nationwide network of clinicians.
Responsibilities:
- Work with current and potential partners to aid in customer research, business development, feedback collection, and product planning for your roadmap
- Define product release slices for Clinician experience that optimize for time to value
- Measure and analyze the product success/fail metrics in your product area and align them to our overall business goals
- Align your balanced product team on a clear strategy and prioritize work in progress to maximize user outcomes, customer satisfaction and business growth
- Build artifacts that help unify the organization (roadmaps, product briefs, etc.)
- Supports your team through the product build and launch process
- Manage milestones and deliverables to maximize time to value
- Help define and measure success metrics
- Define methods for customer feedback loops
- Work with customers and external stakeholders to develop solutions
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and get products to market
- Coordinate across the organization, customers, and partners to articulate and execute product decisions
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years working on clinician-facing experiences
- An excellent communicator, presenting ideas clearly and succinctly
- Highly collaborative, working with diverse stakeholders to create alignment around product vision and prioritization
- Results-oriented, able to look at problems and create solutions from high-level goals that drive real business impact to ground-level execution
- Analytical, using data to clarify decisions wherever possible
- Great at prioritizing in a complex healthcare landscape
- User-focused, empathetic, curious, and ask questions before offering solutions
- Ability to build the right thing, with a bias towards delivering customer value based on goals and metrics
- Past successes driving software products forward, ideally at a startup
- Comfortable taking calculated risks and making decisions under uncertainty
- Located within the United States and willing to travel to customer sites and/or conferences (1-2 trips per quarter)
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical, scientific, or quantitative field, or equivalent experience
- A background in healthcare, and knowledge of healthcare complexity
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
