Ocho is a fast-growing cloud security company that delivers a next-gen cloud security platform. They are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with customers to ensure a smooth experience with the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support via chat, Slack, and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Escalate complex cases to engineering teams
- Support customers and guide product usage
- Maintain support documentation
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Support, TAM, etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with MySQL and troubleshooting tools
- Understanding of Linux, networking, and cybersecurity
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
