The EHR Change Management and Training Lead Project Manager will lead program activities, ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, and budget, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team managing a portfolio of training and change management projects
- Identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Share best practices across disparate teams to drive consistency and excellence
- Produce and continuously improve change management collateral and communications
- Manage client relationships; serve as an escalation point for questions and concerns
- Prepare executive updates and briefing materials on project status and outcomes
- Assess, manage, and report on program risks; influence stakeholders as a trusted advisor
- Ensure deliverables consistently meet or exceed quality standards
- Proactively monitor work, anticipate issues, and drive timely resolution
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci)
- Robust project management skills (e.g., PMP)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills; confident and driven
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
- Commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and organizational impact
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of full lifecycle project management experience
- US Citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- Prosci certification strongly preferred
- Prior Oracle Health experience preferred
- Prior Federal contracting experience preferred
