Oracle Health | EHR Change Management and Training Lead Project Manager

The EHR Change Management and Training Lead Project Manager will lead program activities, ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, and budget, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team managing a portfolio of training and change management projects
• Identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Share best practices across disparate teams to drive consistency and excellence
• Produce and continuously improve change management collateral and communications
• Manage client relationships; serve as an escalation point for questions and concerns
• Prepare executive updates and briefing materials on project status and outcomes
• Assess, manage, and report on program risks; influence stakeholders as a trusted advisor
• Ensure deliverables consistently meet or exceed quality standards
• Proactively monitor work, anticipate issues, and drive timely resolution

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci)
• Robust project management skills (e.g., PMP)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills; confident and driven
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
• Commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and organizational impact
• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of full lifecycle project management experience
• US Citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• PMP certification strongly preferred
• Prosci certification strongly preferred
• Prior Oracle Health experience preferred
• Prior Federal contracting experience preferred
