Hai Robotics is revolutionizing warehouse automation with intelligent robotics systems. The Manager of Solutions Engineering will lead the Solutions Engineering team to design, optimize, and deliver advanced automation solutions for warehouse and logistics operations, combining technical leadership with customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers
- Establish best practices for solution design, documentation, and customer engagement
- Promote consistency, technical excellence, and professional growth within the team
- Oversee end-to-end solution development, including: Data analysis, System architecture, Layout planning, Performance validation
- Apply deep expertise in warehouse automation and robotics to assess system performance and identify risks
- Ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with customer requirements
- Partner with Sales to support customer discovery, technical discussions, and strategic opportunity development
- Deliver technical presentations and contribute to proposal development
- Act as a senior technical advisor to customers, clearly communicating solution value, trade-offs, assumptions, and risks
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment from pre-sales through implementation
- Support smooth handoffs and execution across internal stakeholders
- Drive standardization and scalability of solution offerings
- Improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across projects and solution designs
- Define, measure, and track key performance indicators such as: Win rate, Design cycle time, Solution accuracy
- Use performance data to drive process improvements and elevate solution quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 7–10 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft 365
- Strong data analysis skills, including experience with tools such as Power BI
- Background in Robotics, Industrial Automation, or Material Handling
- Familiarity with WMS/WCS, simulation tools, and structured system design methodologies
