Lumos is a fast-growing startup focused on solving app and access management challenges for organizations. They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to tackle complex user problems and shape the future of their product by collaborating with product managers and engineers in an agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ship amazing products: Tackle complex user problems by owning and championing an entire product area, focusing on rapidly delivering value to our customers
- Champion customer obsession: Dive into user research to understand pain points, gather valuable insights, and validate design decisions. Let these insights guide our product development, improve design decisions, and boost customer satisfaction
- Shape the future: Team up with stakeholders to craft a long-term vision and direction for our product. Contribute to defining features and improvements that align with this exciting vision
- Be a team player and a leader: Inspire fellow designers, collaborate closely with the team to refine design processes, and elevate the team through workshops, documentation, and constructive design feedback. Help grow our design family and cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation

Requirements:
- 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B or complex problem spaces
- Strong design portfolio showcasing fantastic design skills and thoughtful solutions
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with others
- Ability to build positive relationships with people across different teams
- T-shaped designer with a well-rounded design background
- Deep knowledge in one or more areas of product design
- Strategic product mindset with the ability to align design decisions with business goals
- Curious, eager to learn, and excited to dive into new challenges
- Positive go-getter attitude
